15ml Bombay Saphire Gin 
juice of 1 fresh lemon and lime
10ml of Midori topped with Sydney Cider over ice in flute or tall glass garnish with lime wedge

15ml-30ml Gold Tequila
juice of 1 fresh lemon and lime topped with Sydney Cider over ice in tall glass garnish with lime wedge

Harbour Cider

15 ml Vodka
Topped with - 30ml Cranberry Juice and Sydney Cider
Served over crushed ice with fresh lime and or mint in a wine glass

Sydney Passion

15ml vodka
1/2 fresh passion-fruit pulp
topped with Sydney cider in flute or martini glass garnish with lime twist

Sydney Cider Sour

30ml Apple Sour
15ml Apple Schnapps
15ml Lemon Vodka
30ml cloudy apple juice
shake and strain into 'green sherbet' rimmed 12oz martini glass
top with 1/3 bottle of well chilled Sydney Cider garnish with apple fanned skewer

15ml Vodka
1 Lime Wedge – squeezed
Topped with Sydney Cider, served in a short glass over ice

North Cider

15ml Bacardi
poured over muddled lime,pineapple and mint
30ml Pineapple juice
Topped with Sydney Cider in a tall glass

East Cider

15ml Midori
15 ml Mandarin Juice
Topped with Sydney Cider and served in a flute with strawberry as garnish

City Cider

Muddled in a tumbler
Small handful of Lychees, fresh peach, mint and pineapple
15ml Vodka
crushed ice
topped with Sydney Cider

Original Sydney

15ml Absolut Kurrant
15 ml Jaggard original
Sydney Cider
Served over ice in a tumbler

 
In Cider

Flute of Sydney Cider
Dash of Mandarin Juice
15ml Absolut Manadrin Vodka
Garnish with mandarin segment

15ml Mohala

20ml Tuaca Liqueur (Italian Vanilla Liqueur, can substitute Marie Brizzard Vanilla Liqueur)
30ml Strawberries and vanilla poached puree
Top with Sydney Cider

Glass: Collins
Method: Shake and strain over crushed ice, top with Sydney Cider
Garnish: Pulp of 1 passionfruit

La Mela Grande - The Big Apple

Half fill pilsner glass with Sydney Cider on ice

Add 2 drops of coconut essence

Top with frappe made from fresh green apple and

30ml Midori/ 30ml Medos Honey Vodka

Finnish with 2 teaspoons of pomegranate poached

in strawberry syrup and cinnamon

Sydney Buzz

15ml Honey Medos Vodka
Juice of 2 lemons
15ml Ginger Nectar
topped with Sydney Cider over crushed ice in tall glass garnish with honeycomb

 

 
Randy Little Kiwi

Muddle half a fresh peeled Kiwi fruit and fill with ice.
Pour 30ml Joseph Carton Kiwi Liqueur, shake, strain into a Champagne flute.
Top with Sydney Cider
Garnish with Kiwi Fruit wheel

 
Pear Affair

Muddle 8 mint leaves with 20 ml Marie Brizzard Poire William Liqueur
15ml Gold Tequila
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
Fill shaker with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Top with Sydney Cider and garnish with orange peel

 
Well Over Due

Muddle 3 large chunks of fresh Honeydew Melon.
Fill glass with crushed ice
Pour 15ml Marie Brizzard Watermelon Liqueur 30ml Havanna Club Anejo Shake and top well with chilled Sydney Cider
Garnish with mint sprig

 
Apple Splice

45ml Bacardi
3 Lime Wedges
4 Sprig of Mint
Teaspoon of Sugar
Muddle and top with Sydney Cider

 
All Abord

30ml Chambord
3 Strawberries
1 Lime Wedges
Sprig of Mint
Muddle and top with Sydney Cider

 
Lovely Lady

15ml Chambord
7 Raspberries
5 Blueberries
Muddled using Frappe Ice
Fill glass half way, garnish with 4 blueberries
Fill rest of glass with ice and top with Sydney Cider (serve in a Pilsner glass)

15ml Paraiso
15ml "The Blue"
Over crushed ice with squeezed lime wedge
Top with Sydney Cider (serve in a Pilsner glass)
